Gary Stufflebeme manages operations, with responsibility for production management, supply change management, maintenance, inventory management, environmental health, safety, personnel, lean manufacturing, and training. Prior roles at BESTOLIFE include quality manager and assistant operations manager.

Gary has an MS in organic chemistry and an MBA with a specialty in production and operations management. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry.

After starting his career in the oil and gas industry as an organic geochemist, Gary moved into R&D chemistry and technical sales for thermoplastics and industrial adhesives, then to process improvement for problem areas in business and production. He eventually became plant manager for an oil and gas chemical provider.

Gary's chemical and process experience includes gathering core samples from land rigs and performing core analysis on hard and friable downhole samples in the lab. His expertise in oilfield chemicals comes from experience in product optimization, manufacturing, and processing. He understands how and why materials behave as they do and how this behavior impacts end use. Gary is committed to using his knowledge to meet the needs of BESTOLIFE customers in the field.
