Kimberly manages research and development, with responsibility for leading new product development efforts supported by sales and operations. She also represents the BESTOLIFE technical department at industry conferences and events and provides technical assistance to customers with regard to our formulas and their uses and applications. She also is charged with ensuring that QA/QC activities conform to business requirements.

Kimberly has 12 years of grease experience, with eight in thread compound applications at BESTOLIFE Corporation. Her professional resume includes seven years of QA/QC experience as well as experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma disciplines for eliminating defects.

She is an active participant in the American Petroleum Institute’s Subcommittee 5 (SC 5) work group for exploration and production. She presented “Green Thread Compounds” at the International Association of Drilling Contractors Subcommittee in 2011.

Kimberly has a bachelor's degree in biology, with a minor in chemistry, from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and an MBA from University Of Phoenix. She is an active member of the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers (STLE).
